- Pottstown Neighborhood Project – An ongoing neighborhood tax credit program with BB&T (formerly National Penn Bank) that provides rehab funding and supports community activities.
- The Washington Street Neighborhood Project purchased, rehabbed, and sold homes at affordable sale prices.
- The Jefferson School Senior Apartments Project converted an old school building to 46 affordable apartments for senior citizens. This tax credit project was completed in 2003 and apartments are occasionally available.
- Beech Street Factory is converting the old Fecera’s building at Beech and Evans Streets to 43 apartments and the new home of Art Fusion. The Beech Street Factory is now accepting applications. The Norristown Neighborhood Project acquired and renovated homes to resell at affordable prices.
Reliance Crossing is an affordable multi-family rental project located at the intersection of North 2nd Street and East Reliance Road in Souderton Borough, Montgomery County. The Reliance Crossing development won the 2016 Montgomery County award from the Montgomery County Planning Commission for one of the best local projects.
