Arbor Knoll is a 34 unit new construction home ownership development in Norristown, PA. Genesis Housing partnered with Progressive Housing Ventures to remove a blighted structure to create the new homeownership opportunities. This development received support from the PA Dept. of Community & Economic Development (DCED), PA Housing Finance Agency and Montgomery County. Homes are still available. Reliance Crossing is a 56 affordable rental development located in Souderton Borough, Montgomery County. Genesis Housing Corporation, and our partner, Ingerman, created these new two and three bedroom apartments to help local families find high quality and affordable homes. This development was funded, in part, by the PA Housing Finance Agency and Montgomery County.
Genesis Housing Corporation has also completed new construction projects such as May Street Crossing that represent an opportunity to actually afford to live in a beautiful newly constructed home. Other completed new construction projects include Warren Homes and Walnut Street Homes.
