Single System Rehab Program

The Homeowner Single System Property Rehab Program provides grants to income eligible homeowners in selected areas for their owner-occupied single family homes in order to provide critical repairs like replacing roofs, heaters and sewer lines. The 2025 Program currently is only funded for Pottstown properties. The limited time program is funded by grants from Truist and Peoples Security Bank and Trust. Applications will be available in the Spring 2025.
