Single System Rehab Program
The Homeowner Single System Property Rehab Program provides grants to income eligible Montgomery County, PA homeowners for their owner-occupied single family homes in order to provide critical repairs like replacing roofs, heaters and sewer lines. This limited time program is funded by grants from Truist, the Vanguard Foundation and the Montgomery County Recovery Office.
Income Limits (% of Median Family Income - MFI)
Household incomes must be less than the following limits including all salary, pensions, Social Security, child support and interest on assets:
