Willows at Valley Run

Genesis Housing partnered with for-profit developer, Ingerman, for Phase II of the development in Caln Township, Chester County to a build an additional 60 units of new mixed-income affordable rental housing. This development provides energy-efficient and modern apartments and was funded, in part, by PHFA LIHTC. More information at 484-746-4885. Applications are currently online.
